George Bernard Shaw once said, “There is no sincerer love than the love of food” and if you are someone who doesn't even move an inch to get his ringing phone but travels a thousand miles for food, than your love for food it true. Foodies, what food lovers are popularly called now a days are people who love to pamper their taste buds with different cuisines. There is no favorite dish or cuisine for them, give them a ravioli or give them a pie they will cherish it with an ear to ear smile. Today, I will be sharing with you 15 signs that will tell you whether you are a true food lover or not.

#1 ‘What to eat next’ is in your mind always. If you are a true foodie than instead of thinking about stock market you will always think of the next dish you will be trying. Pizza, bacon or banoffee pie your mind revolves around these things only.

#2 You are lazy but not in case food. You might not go to super market to buy grocery but you will definitely get ready anytime for lavish dinner if you are a true foodie. You will never say no to dinner like you say to a trip to super market.

#3 Stuffing your ever hungry tummy with delicious food will be your first wish if you get a genius someday. You will just wish for a lots of pizzas and burgers if someday you get a genie.

#4 Your social networking site if full with “Food is life” and “Foodie at heart” hash-tags and you proudly flaunt your love for food to everyone.

#5 You never eat ice-cream in bowl, you opt scooping it directly from the tub. You never share your ice-cream with anyone, you have it all alone.

#6 Be it street food or that of a high rated hotel, you relish it in the same way. If you are a true food love, than your taste buds will relish everything you eat, be it a roadside chat or a buffet.

#7 Your fridge is stuffed with food like a cold storage in a hotel. You always like to keep in stock your favorite meals so that you can relish them whenever you wish to.

#8 If you are a true foodie then you will always opt for the biggest dish, you will not compromise your hunger with a small or medium you will always opt for the biggest.

#9 You can travel any distance for food. No matter how far you have to go to taste a cuisine, you will never miss a chance to taste and experience new dishes, and this is the reason why your bank balance will always be low because the time you will get some green notes you will take your back pack and go out to taste something new.

#10 You will never opt for a scoop or a dish, you always opt for a Sundae or a platter, if your love for food is true.

#11 Restaurants are your second home because you spend most of your time in hotels after home. These places are familiar to you and make you feel like home.

#12 Because you love food! Your love and passion for food always increases your fetish for food. You can go beyond any limit to get good and tasty food.

#13 You have all food applications in your phone. Be them of any use or not, you install all the food apps just in case you need them some time.

#14 You have food maps all over your room if not all over than at least on one wall of your room. If you don't know what a food map is that it is a map that shows all the famous restaurants of the city.

#15 And lastly, if you are a true food lover than you will never eat anything like a normal person you will always eat like a foodie. If there is no mess on your clothes and on your table than the dining is incomplete.
